Join Madison for an hour of yoga at the Summer Hill Community Centre.
The class style is a flow inspired sequence that fuses breathing with movement to create a moving meditation. Our classes are suitable for all ages, fitness levels and experience.
If you have serious health issues or injuries, then these classes are not suitable.
Move Better Classes
These classes are designed for all ability levels and aimed at increasing flexibility and core strength whilst challenging your body with unique, low impact body weight exercises.
Participants, expect to get your heart us as you pass through a range of locomotive moves.
You will feel empowered when you gain new skills and move in ways you never thought possible.
